Have you every been inspired by something you saw; maybe even read? It’s a funny idea how the actions and words of someone else can influence our next steps in life in such an instrumental way.
But are we being inspired for the right reasons? Are you looking at photographs of insta-models and wanting what they have: maybe their body or possessions? Have you gone to the gym simply to “attain” someone else “body” or bought a handbag you really couldn’t afford because it’s the hottest piece on the hottest models? These are the questions we need to start asking ourselves as a society.
Why did I start writing this blog today? Because I started reading an amazing book ‘The Five-Minute Journal‘, which was gifted to me at a Healthy Is The New Skinny event, which got me so inspired! I know I’m not the best writer and it’s takes so much out of me, but the first two pages of this book are literally five reasons why writing even the smallest journal entries every day can enhance your life. Now, I won’t spoil the book everyone who I think should definitely buy this book, but let yourself be inspired by something that can enhance your life. Do not fall victim to the dogma social media provides with its advertising. You are worthy of happiness just the way you are. You do not need to find acceptance in material items that can cause debts. Find out what inspires you, what you’re passionate about and STRIKE⚡️!
